Pre-Order Policy

Some Kimura Ldn products are released for pre-order — these items are either made-to-order or scheduled to ship at a later date.

When ordering a pre-order item:

• Our Discord the most current updates on when your order will be produced and shipped.
• You’re welcome to cancel and receive a full refund at any point before your order has been marked as fulfilled in our system.
  
• Once fulfilment has started (meaning your item has been packed and prepared for shipment), the order is locked in and cannot be cancelled or refunded.
• If you change your mind, reach out to us as early as possible — after fulfilment begins, we cannot interrupt the process.
• Faulty or incorrect items will be refunded or replaced in line with your UK consumer rights.
