Product Types & Cancellation Rights:
Kimura Ldn produces both Pre-Order (Made-to-Order) items and Pre-Made items.
Pre-Order (Made-to-Order): Created specifically for you after purchase. Cancellations are only possible before production begins. Once production starts, we cannot accept cancellations for any reason.
Pre-Made: Already produced and held in stock. Cancellations are only possible before the item has been dispatched. Once shipped, you may still be eligible to return under our Refund Policy.
Cancellation Period:
For Pre-Order (Made-to-Order) items, the cancellation window is open only until production begins.
For Pre-Made items, cancellations can be made until the order has been dispatched.
Cancellation Procedure:
To cancel an order, log in to your account on our website and navigate to your Order History.
Production Start:
Pre-Order (Made-to-Order) orders typically move into production shortly after the online store closes or the order is placed.
Refund Process:
If your cancellation request is received within the allowed period, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method. Please allow 5–7 business days for the refund to appear in your account.
Exceptions:
Custom, personalised, or Pre-Order (Made-to-Order) items cannot be cancelled once production has started.

Changes to Orders:
Once the relevant cancellation period has ended, changes — including cancellations — are not possible. Please double-check your order before completing your purchase.
